About Me

I am Pez Cuckow and am from Bradford-on-Avon in the UK. I went to St Laurence School & Sixth Form also in Bradford-on-Avon and am currently running Peg Productions LLP (in web design) with my business partner Laurence Hutton-Smith, designing a wide variety of websites for various clients.

I code PHP, xHTML, CSS and Javascript (see coding) and regularly apply my programming knowledge to create online applications such as a content management system used by all of our clients; an online system used by my Sixth Form to create our yearbook collaboratively and an accounting, task & client management solution used by my busines.

In my free time (when I am not doing the above) I enjoy trekking and camping in various places throughout the UK with my girlfriend, often combining this with GeoCaching. My girlfriend, Daisy, of almost a year has given me some of the best times in my life (as well as the funniest), the lovely girl website is dedicated to her.

In 2009 I completed the Ten Tors Dartmoor endurance event organised by the British Army and have since been working on my Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award directly with the DofE committee due to be completed early 2010.

Photography

When ever I visit an event or just go out I will bring my camera and take lots of photogaphs. I prefer using my artistic eye to take abstract photographs over taking "snaps" of wherever I may be, I keep my favorite photographs online on my DeviantArt account, some of which can also be viewed on this website.

Music

I enjoy a variety of genres of music, from Rock to Drum and Bass as well as a variety of artists such as; Queen, Pendulum, DJ Fresh, P!ink and Flight of the Conchords. I used to create music under the name "Steaming Chilli Beat" and created one album of 15 tracks, consisting of synthetic drum & trance music, I will upload this album in the near future.

GeoCaching

Both myself and my lovely girl are avid GeoCachers. The basic idea of GeoCaching is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online. See here for more information.
